Kendal Cancelled & MyGlobalMind Interview

We’re sorry to announce that we’ve had to cancel tonight’s show in Kendal.  Julio has a nasty throat infection which is stopping him from singing.  It’s not a decision that we take lightly and we’re sorry to let our fans and the venue down.  We’ve never had to cancel a show through illness before.  In fact, we spent almost the entirity of the My Ruin tour suffering with dreaded man-flu but still played every show.  In this case it’s just not possible.

On a more positive note, Julio was interviewed by MyGlobalMind following their excellent review of Glasnost.  You can read the full review here: http://myglobalmind.com/2011/03/30/interview-with-julio-taylor-illuminatus-vocals-guitar/

Greece’s Devilhorns Mag gives Glasnost 92/100

What can we say?  Not much as we don’t read Greek.  But Google translate gives us an excellent indication of just how much the reviewer thinks of this album.  If nothing else, the 92/100 score should give us a pretty good indication of how well the album has gone down with Devilhorns Mag.

Don’t Count On It Reviews 8/10 for Glasnost

Another excellent review here.  What we really love is that the reviewer is intrigued with what we do from start to finish and loves what he hears on the album.  Now that is what we like to hear!
