Leo’s hand of doom: update

Leo's hand of doom, yesterday

Leo’s hand operation this week was a success – after a few setbacks largely caused by epic administrative fails in the Italian hospital where he was, they’ve finally cut him up and worked out what was wrong.

Apparently the steam-powered cogs that drive his supersonic fingers got tangled up with the metal chains and it was causing a bit of hassle.  But it’s been sorted, and he should be back in action in a few weeks.

What this means is we should be back to normal by September, and the problem that has made him unable to play a few shows in a row (due to huge swelling and pain in his hand) should now be gone.

We’ll keep you updated!
